Congratulations Wine Bottle Gift Tag and Gift Card Holder for Weddings, Engagements, Graduations, New Job, New House

Say congratulations with a gift card and some wine or champagne topped with this elegant bottle tag!  This wine tag would work well for wedding or engagement gifts, graduations, new jobs or a new house.  

The tag measures 2.75 by 9 inches.  There is a 1.75 inch hole already cut out of the top of the tag to allow it to slip easily over any size bottle.  The tag is made with black card stock and is decorated on the front but the back side had plenty of white space for a short note.  The front also contains a pocket that is the perfect size for a gift card or folded cash.

These tags are ready to ship and will be shipped in a padded envelope for safety.
